MonomerChem has the ability to efficiently produce focused libraries whether the relevant chemistry has been established or not. Typically reaction chemistry is first optimized, if necessary, and then applied to the various steps within the syntheses. MonomerChem has no limit on the chemistry utilized in focused library productions of up to 100 compounds. Thus Mitsunobu, Suzuki, Curtius, reductive amination, high pressure, and other chemistries are routinely used in our focused library production. Compounds are purified in parallell with up to 98% purity and delivered in 20 - 50 member sets with each compound ranging in amounts from 50 mg to 1000 mg.
